This exquisite tea service dates from the 1950s and has an unusual ribbed texture with light green glaze. They were made at the Cerenne Atelier in Vallauris during the 1950s and bear the atelier's stamp underneath. 

There are 2 jugs, a sugar bowl, 10 teacups & 4 saucers.   

Vallauris is a coastal town that has been known for ceramics since the nineteenth-century and more recently thanks to Picasso and Picault.
