Cardstocks and Coatings
CS2 paper is coated on two sides and is a smooth printing surface. Not to be confused with UV coating, matte coatings, or other secondary coatings. The terms, C1S and C2S, refer to paper coated at the manufacturing stage, before printing.
- 16pt C2S (UV Coating) - The most popular selection, this first option is a thick card stock beautifully UV-coated on both printed sides for a super shiny finish. UV coating adds a gloss finish to the product and improves the vibrancy of the printed colors. UV coating also acts as an extra layer of protectant. Rounded Corners are available.
- 16pt C2S (Matte Coating) - Reaches the same density as the 16pt options, but offers a flatter more subtle finish for a more sophisticated appearance. Colors may appear less vibrant or subdued. Rounded corners are available.
- 16pt C2S (No Coating) - No secondary coating will be added to the C2S cardstock. CS2 paper is coated on two sides and is a smooth printing surface.
- 16pt C2S (Spot UV) - Add UV coating to the front and back of your card, but only in designated areas adding extra shine to individual elements. An extra file is required from you, and we do not make those files.
- 18pt C1S (UV Front Only) - This extra-durable alternative showcases a super shiny UV-coated front but a flat (uncoated) backside for writing.
